Tax
Sales tax will be added for all orders delivered in the state of Florida at the rate of 7.0%
Shipping
We will select the most economical shipping rate via USPS or UPS. If you need expedited delivery, you will have that option at check out.
Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days unless the item requires personalizing or is on back order. If an item is backordered you will be notified.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return new, un-used items within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any customized work. For returns, please include the sales slip and a note indicating your reason for return. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Sale items are returnable for store credit only.
Mallet return policy: There are no returns on mallets. Please inspect your mallet carefully. It has left in perfect condition and has been insured. If damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with an insurance claim.
For exchanges, please include a note indicating the product name and color you would like to receive instead, as well as a return address, email address and telephone number.
